Bundle of Garlic Scapes
Tender, curly flower stalks from hardneck garlic—mildly garlicky with a sweet, green snap that shines in stir‑fries, eggs, noodles, and quick salads.
Why you’ll love it
- Crisp‑tender texture with a gentle garlic aroma—less pungent than cloves.
- Versatile: great sautéed, grilled, blitzed into sauces, or tossed into soups.
- Cooks fast; keeps a vibrant green bite in minutes.
How to enjoy
- Wok‑tossed Beef & Scapes with Oyster Glaze — Stir‑fry sliced scapes with Angus Prime Beef Strip, a splash of oyster sauce and a drizzle of sesame oil until glossy (2–4 minutes).
- Garlic Scapes & Soft Scrambled Eggs — Sauté chopped scapes briefly, then fold into softly set eggs; season with a touch of light soy. Try with free‑range eggs.
- Shiitake, Tofu & Scapes Rice Vermicelli SoupBroth‑based — Simmer clear chicken broth, add rice vermicelli, sliced shiitake, scapes, and cubes of silken tofu; finish with light soy.
- Light Smashed Scape Salad — Blanch scapes briefly, smash into bite‑size lengths, then toss with black vinegar, a dab of chili crisp, and a touch of sesame oil.
Prep Tips
- Trim the very tip if tough; cut into 3–5 cm batons or thin slices on the bias.
- Stir‑fry on high heat just until crisp‑tender (2–3 minutes) to keep them vibrant.
- For salads, blanch 30–45 seconds in salted water, then chill to set the green.

Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
