Shipping policy

For eligible Sydney Metro areas, same-day delivery is available for orders completed before 12:00 PM, while next-day delivery remains available for most Sydney areas.

$2.50 Service & Packaging Fee

Our standard AU $2.00 service & packaging fee helps cover the protective materials used for each shipment, including thick, food-grade insulation and shock-absorbing liners—usually 2 – 4 layers, with extra protection for large or frozen items. This sturdy packaging keeps everything cold, fresh, and intact all the way to your door.

Temporary $0.50 Increase

We are temporarily adding AU $0.50 per order on top of the standard AU $2.00 service & packaging fee, bringing the current total to AU $2.50 per shipment. This temporary increase reflects higher delivery costs after government fuel-cost support ended. We will continue to review the situation and adjust when conditions improve.

Sydney Delivery (Metro)

1. Standard Next-Day Delivery

Available to most Sydney suburbs. Choose your preferred arrival window at checkout:

2. Same-Day Delivery

Place your order before 12:00 PM and receive it the same day between 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM (it may arrive slightly earlier).

Please complete your purchase—including payment authorisation and confirmation—before 12 : 00 PM to unlock same-day delivery. If a later checkout still shows Same-Day because of cache delay, the order may freeze in our system and miss today’s dispatch; in that situation we’re unable to guarantee delivery until the next cycle.

Wollongong Delivery

Not delivered every day yet. Next-day delivery is available on open service days for orders placed before 10:00 PM the day prior. We’re expanding delivery days over time.

Need to change or cancel?

You can modify or cancel your delivery free of charge up until the daily cut-off. After that time, a late-cancellation fee applies. For full details please see our Return & Refund Policy.

Street Address & Delivery Access Rules

Street address only

We can only deliver to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, or newsagents are not eligible because our parcels require chilled handling and signature or safe-drop confirmation.

Delivery access

We deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep only. Our couriers can’t take lifts or climb stairs to upper levels. Please make sure someone can meet the driver or your instructions allow a ground-floor safe drop.

Failed delivery — what happens

• We call or text when we arrive. If we can’t reach you, we follow the delivery instructions you provided (for example, safe drop at reception if permitted).
• If the building has restricted access, no lobby staff, or it’s unsafe to leave the parcel, the driver will bring the order back. We do not offer redelivery.
• The order will be cancelled. We deduct the $8 delivery fee and a $10 handling fee plus the value of any fresh or perishable goods that can’t be restocked.
• We refund the remaining balance to your original payment method and send a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience.
