How to enjoy
Sear zucchini half-moons over high heat; finish with garlic, ginger, a splash of light soy and a drizzle of sesame oil. Ready in 3–5 minutes.
Simmer sliced zucchini with enoki mushrooms and cubes of silken tofu in clear chicken broth. Season lightly with soy; cook just 2–4 minutes for a fresh, clean bowl.
Grill thick slices until striped, then brush with sweet-savory yakiniku sauce. Great beside rice and grilled meats.
Shave zucchini into ribbons, toss with soaked rice vermicelli, a splash of white rice vinegar, sesame and herbs. Chill for a refreshing side.
Prep Tips
- No need to peel; trim ends and cut evenly (coins, half-moons, batons or ribbons).
- For better sear, pat dry and avoid crowding the pan; cook over high heat for 2–4 minutes until just tender.
- Grilling: slice 1–1.5 cm thick, brush lightly with oil, grill 2–3 minutes per side.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
