Fresh Mixed Salad Greens (Mesclun Blend) 300g – Baby Spinach, Arugula & Lettuce Mix
Tender baby spinach, peppery arugula, and crisp lettuce — a balanced, ready-to-rinse blend that makes effortless salads, wraps, and bowls.
Why you’ll love it
- Balanced bite: mild-sweet spinach, peppery arugula, and refreshing lettuce.
- Versatile base for salads, grain bowls, noodle salads, and sandwiches.
- Quick to prep — just rinse, dry, and dress lightly.
- Great with bright vinaigrettes, citrusy dressings, nuts, tofu, seafood, or eggs.
How to enjoy
Toss greens with Hengshun White Rice Vinegar, a drizzle of sesame oil, pinch of salt, and sliced radishes. Simple, bright, and crunchy.
Rinse and toss konjac (shirataki) threads with mesclun and a splash of 9° rice vinegar. Add herbs and toasted seeds for crunch.
Sear king prawns with sliced garlic in a touch of black sesame oil for 2–4 minutes; toss through greens to gently wilt. Finish with a squeeze of lemon or a dash of light soy.
Soft-scramble free‑range eggs with chopped chives. Fold in a handful of greens just before serving for a fresh, peppery lift.
Prep Tips
- Rinse quickly in cold water and dry thoroughly (salad spinner works best) so dressings cling.
- Dress lightly — start with oil, then acid (vinegar), season to taste.
- Add warm toppings (prawns, mushrooms) right before serving to gently wilt without sogginess.
- Layer salt thoughtfully: a pinch in the dressing plus a final sprinkle just before eating.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
