How to enjoy
- Garlicky Bok Choy & Shiitake Tofu Stir‑Fry — Pat tofu dry, sear cubes until golden (3–4 minutes), then toss with sliced shiitake and crunchy bok choy. Splash in light soy and a few drops of sesame oil; stir 1–2 minutes more.

Tomato Tofu Egg‑Drop SoupBroth‑based — Simmer a tomato hot‑pot base with water, add tofu slices and napa cabbage (2–4 minutes), then stream in beaten egg; finish with white pepper.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
