Salad rau vườn với mè–giấm gạo
Trộn rau với Hengshun Giấm gạo trắng, một ít dầu mè, một nhúm muối và củ cải đỏ. Đơn giản, thanh mát và giòn.
Tô salad mì shirataki Ít calo
Rửa rồi trộn sợi konjac (shirataki) với mesclun và một ít giấm gạo 9°. Thêm rau thơm và hạt rang để tạo độ giòn.
Tôm tỏi & rau trộn dùng ấm
Áp chảo tôm vua với những lát tỏi trong một ít dầu mè đen khoảng 2–4 phút; đảo rau vào cho vừa héo. Vắt thêm chanh hoặc thêm một ít nước tương nhạt để hoàn tất.
Trứng gấp hẹ & rau cho bữa sáng
Làm trứng khuấy mềm với trứng gà thả vườn và hẹ cắt nhỏ. Trộn thêm một nắm rau ngay trước khi dùng để thêm vị tươi mát, cay nhẹ.
Mẹo sơ chế
- Rửa nhanh bằng nước lạnh rồi làm thật ráo (dùng rổ quay rau là tốt nhất) để sốt bám đều.
- Trộn ít sốt — bắt đầu với dầu, rồi đến vị chua (giấm), nêm theo khẩu vị.
- Thêm nguyên liệu ăn kèm còn ấm (tôm, nấm) ngay trước khi dùng để rau vừa héo mà không bị nhũn.
- Nêm muối hợp lý: một nhúm trong sốt trộn rồi rắc thêm một chút ngay trước khi ăn.

Place your order before 12:00 PM and receive it the same day between 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM (it may arrive slightly earlier).

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
