Nấu chậm hành thái lát với nấm hương đến khi ngọt. Cho lên mì ramen Hakata nóng và thêm một muỗng dầu ớt cay.
Mẹo sơ chế
- Muốn giảm vị hăng khi ăn sống, ngâm hành thái lát trong nước lạnh 5–10 phút rồi để ráo.
- Xào lửa lớn 2–4 phút để giữ chút giòn; nấu chậm lửa nhỏ 15–25 phút để hành lên màu caramel đậm.
- Cắt dọc từ gốc đến ngọn để miếng hành chắc, giữ dáng khi xào hoặc nướng.
- Thêm chút giấm hoặc nước tương gần cuối để vị tươi hơn hoặc đậm hơn.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
