Đặc điểm sản phẩm
Nấm mèo có độ giòn dai tự nhiên, giữ độ giòn khi xào hoặc nấu canh và dễ thấm sốt. Vị nhẹ, dễ chế biến, hợp với súp chua cay, mì nước và salad nguội. Đây là nguyên liệu thực vật nhẹ nhàng, tiện dùng cho bữa ăn hằng ngày.
Gợi ý chế biến
Xào nhanh nấm mèo với tỏi đập dập và gừng cắt sợi, rồi cho cải ngọtvào. Thêm một ít nước tương nhạt và chút dầu mèở cuối. Xào nhanh trên lửa lớn 2–3 phút để nấm giòn.
Nấu liu riu nấm mèo cắt lát cùng đậu hũ mềm, tiêu trắng và giấm đen Zhenjiang trong nước dùng gà trong. Nấu 5–7 phút để súp thêm đầy đặn, nấm vẫn giòn.
Trụng sơ, rồi trộn với tỏi băm, ít nước tương nhạt và giấm gạo. Thêm ngò rícắt nhỏ ở cuối cho món trộn giòn, chua dịu và thanh mát.
Cho nấm mèo đã xào lên mì Yangchun nóng, thêm hành lá, sốt nước tương mè và một muỗng dầu ớt giòn. Trộn đều rồi thưởng thức.
Mẹo sơ chế và nấu
- Rửa kỹ cho sạch cát, cắt bỏ phần gốc cứng.
- Làm salad thì trụng 30–60 giây, để lạnh rồi mới trộn sốt.
- Với món xào, nấu lửa lớn trong 1–2 phút, thêm sốt gần cuối để giữ độ giòn.
- Cắt sợi vừa ăn để nấm chín đều và dễ ăn.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
