Xào ba rọi heo thái mỏng; cho cọng tỏi thái khúc vào trước, rồi thêm lá. Nêm một muỗng dầu hào để món ăn bóng và đậm vị umami.

Giá & tỏi non xào nhanh Nhẹ & tươi

Xào nhanh một nắm giá với chút dầu cải canola, cho tỏi non vào đảo vừa héo (1–2 phút). Nêm chút nước tương nhạt và giấm gạo.

Mì nước tương với trứng & tỏi non

Nấu mì Yangchun. Trộn với tỏi non đã xào, trứng xào mềm làm từ trứng gà thả vườnvà chút nước tương.

Canh đậu hũ non & tỏi non

Làm nóng nước dùng gà trong, cho đậu hũ non cắt khốivào, thêm tỏi non thái khúc ngay trước khi dùng (nấu liu riu 1–3 phút) để có món canh thơm nhẹ.

Mẹo sơ chế

Rửa kỹ, cắt bỏ rễ. Tách phần cọng chắc hơn khỏi lá.
Thái cọng hơi dày và nấu trước, cho lá vào cuối để giữ màu và hương thơm.
Xào hoặc trụng nhanh trong 1–3 phút; nấu quá lâu sẽ làm hương vị nhạt đi.
Khi dùng sống, thái thật nhỏ rồi rắc lên mì, canh hoặc trứng để trang trí và thêm vị tươi.

Street Address Only

We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.

Delivery Access

Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.

Failed Delivery — What We Do

We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
