Khoai môn non đã gọt vỏ và cấp đông nhanh, tiện chế biến — ruột bùi mịn, giữ miếng khi nấu canh, kho và xào.
Đặc điểm sản phẩm
- Bùi mịn, ngọt nhẹ, giữ hương vị khoai môn quen thuộc.
- Đã gọt vỏ và chia phần, không cần sơ chế; nấu trực tiếp từ đông lạnh.
- Giữ nguyên miếng khi nấu liu riu hoặc xào nhẹ, không dễ bị nhũn.
- Dùng ăn lẩu, nấu hầm, xào hoặc nấu chè nước cốt dừa.
Gợi ý chế biến
- Canh khoai môn & đậu hũ Món nước — Nấu liu riu khoai môn trong nước dùng gà trong cùng những lát đậu hũ truyền thống và vài lát gừng tươi đến vừa mềm (8–12 phút). Thêm chút tiêu trắng lúc cuối.
- Khoai môn xào dầu hào và hẹ — Luộc sơ khoai môn 3–4 phút, áp chảo đến vàng. Đảo cùng dầu hào, hẹ tươi và ít tỏi băm, xào trên chảo nóng với dầu cải.
- Khoai môn cắt khối cho món lẩu — Cho khoai môn vào nồi nước cốt lẩu cà chua đang sôi nhẹ, nấu 6–10 phút cùng thịt bò wagyu cuộn và nấm kim châm.
- Khoai môn kho ba rọi heo với nước tương — Áp chảo cho vàng mặt ba rọi heo cắt lát; thêm khoai môn, chút nước tương đen và nước dùng loãng, kho liu riu đến khi mềm và sốt bóng.
Mẹo sơ chế và nấu
- Nấu trực tiếp từ đông lạnh khi làm canh hoặc món hầm; nếu áp chảo hay xào thì rã đông sơ, thấm thật khô để dễ vàng mặt.
- Luộc sơ 3–4 phút trước khi xào để khoai giữ nguyên khối.
- Nấu lửa nhỏ đến vừa mềm (8–12 phút tùy kích cỡ); tránh đun sôi mạnh hoặc đảo quá nhiều.
- Luôn nấu chín kỹ trước khi ăn.

Place your order before 12:00 PM and receive it the same day between 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM (it may arrive slightly earlier).

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
