Gợi ý chế biến
Mướp xào tôm tỏi
Xào mướp cắt lát trên lửa lớn với tỏi đã bóc vỏ và một nắm tôm king đã bóc vỏ. Thêm chút nước tương nhạt và vài giọt dầu mè. Nấu vừa đến khi mướp hơi trong (2–4 phút).
Canh mướp, nấm kim châm & đậu hũ Nấu với nước dùng
Nấu mướp cắt lát bán nguyệt trong nước dùng gà trong với nấm kim châm, thêm đậu hũ non cắt khối và vài lát gừng tươi đến khi mềm (3–5 phút). Nêm nhẹ tay.
Mướp hấp nước tương và mè
Hấp mướp cắt lát dày vừa mềm (4–6 phút). Thêm tỏi băm, rưới chút nước tương đa dụng và một ít dầu mè. Dùng làm món ăn kèm thanh nhẹ.
Bún với mướp và trứng mềm
Đánh rồi đảo chín trứng gà nuôi thả, cho mướp cắt que vào đảo nhanh. Dọn cùng bún gạo đã ngâm mềm, thêm một muỗng dầu hào và hành lá cắt nhỏ.
Mẹo sơ chế và nấu
- Chọn mướp nhẹ tay, vỏ non; tránh trái quá lớn, bị xơ.
- Gọt các gờ hoặc gọt mỏng vỏ; cắt ngay trước khi nấu để giữ nước.
- Nấu nhanh trên lửa lớn đến khi vừa trong để mướp mềm mượt mà không bị nhũn.

Place your order before 12:00 PM and receive it the same day between 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM (it may arrive slightly earlier).

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
