Gợi ý chế biến
Giá xào tỏi nước tương
Làm nóng chảo với ít dầu, thêm tỏi băm (Tỏi củ), rồi cho giá vào đảo. Thêm nước tương nhạt (Haitian Nước tương nhạt Premium 500ml) và một nhúm muối. Xào 2-3 phút đến khi giá bóng và giòn.
Canh giá đậu nành (kiểu kongnamul) Món nước
Đun liu riu nước dùng thanh nhẹ (Bull Head Nước dùng gà trong) với gừng thái lát (Gừng 500g) và một nhúm muối. Cho giá vào nấu 2-4 phút, thêm vài giọt dầu mè ở cuối để canh thanh nhẹ, giá vẫn giòn.
Salad giá trộn giấm mè (món nguội)
Trụng giá 1-2 phút, làm lạnh, rồi trộn với giấm gạo trắng (Hengshun Giấm gạo trắng), ít nước tương và dầu mè (Lee Kum Kee Dầu mè nguyên chất). Thêm hành lá thái nhỏ cho vị tươi mát.
Giá ăn lẩu
Cho giá vào nồi lẩu sôi nhẹ trong 1-2 phút cuối — hợp với nước lẩu cà chua (Haidilao Nước cốt lẩu cà chua). Ăn cùng nấm kim châm (Nấm kim châm) và đậu hũ chiên phồng (Ever Green Đậu hũ chiên phồng 150g).
Mẹo sơ chế và nấu
- Rửa kỹ; có thể nhặt bỏ vỏ đậu rời để giá trông gọn hơn.
- Muốn giá giòn, xào nhanh trên lửa lớn hoặc trụng sơ; tránh nấu liu riu quá lâu khiến vị đậu nồng.
- Nêm gần cuối để giá giữ độ giòn và ít ra nước.
- Làm món nguội thì trụng rồi làm lạnh trước khi trộn sốt để giữ độ giòn.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
